Política de reembolso

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to contact us about your order.

To be eligible for a n exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at nikita@nikitaartpage.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange  will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned ,unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for digital drawings, stickers, pins, tote bags or t-shirts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
I accept exchanges, please Contact me within 15 days of delivery. customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.


Refunds
Returns: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll process a partial refund, excluding the shipping cost, as it has been paid in full to the post office and they do not refund this amount. The approved refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well."
